Booking Terms:

1. To confirm a reservation at Jhigu Chhen, a non-refundable deposit of [X]% of the total booking amount is required. The deposit can be paid through our preferred payment methods, as indicated in the reservation confirmation email.
2. The remaining balance of the booking must be settled upon check-in at the property. We accept cash payments and major credit cards for the final payment.
3. All guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in, in compliance with local regulations.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation requests made [X] days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit amount.
2. Cancellation requests made between [X] and [X] days before the scheduled check-in date will be subject to a cancellation fee of [X]% of the total booking amount.
3. Cancellation requests made [X] days or less before the scheduled check-in date, as well as no-shows or early departures, will not be eligible for any refund.

Special Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellations due to extreme weather conditions, political disruptions, or force majeure events, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation and work towards finding a suitable solution.

Amendments and Changes: Any changes to your reservation, such as a modification of dates or room type, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Late Check-In or Early Check-Out: Guests arriving late or checking out earlier than the confirmed reservation dates will be charged for the full duration of the original booking.

No-Shows: In the event of a no-show (guests who fail to arrive without prior cancellation notice), the full booking amount will be charged, and the reservation will be automatically canceled.
